Job Description

FSN is seeking a skilled, experienced Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join our team. You will operate advanced imaging equipment during minimally invasive, image-guided procedures. You will work closely with interventional radiologists, nurses, and the surgical team. Your expertise will ensure high-quality imaging, patient safety, and optimal clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound systems during complex interventional procedures.
  • Prepare, position, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
  • Maintain a strict sterile environment in the IR suite.
  • Record procedural data, radiation doses, and supply utilization accurately.
  • Enforce strict radiation safety guidelines and utilize protective shielding.
  • Stock, prepare, and quality-check specialized catheters, stents, and guidewires.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Current ARRT(R) registration required.
  • ARRT(VI) or (CI) certification highly preferred
  • Valid State Radiologic Technologist license
  • Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated Interventional Radiology experience in a hospital setting.

Shift & Schedule:

  • Day shift: 5x8 or 4x10
