Job Description

FSN is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. In this role, you will work side-by-side with our Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, acute-care rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement patient-specific physical therapy treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists.
  • Guide patients safely through therapeutic exercises, functional training, and modalities.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting techniques as needed to ensure optimal recovery.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with nurses, physicians, and the broader interdisciplinary hospital team.
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:
  • Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license 
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Compassionate bedside manner with a strong drive to deliver exceptional patient care.

Shift & Schedule:

  • Day shift: 5x8 or 4x10
