Mammography Technologist

Responsibilities:

• Perform specialized mammography procedures and assist with stereotactic breast procedures under the supervision of a radiologist.
• Position patients and adjust equipment to ensure optimal imaging quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to strict radiation safety and QC standards.
• Provide excellent patient communication, explaining procedures to ensure a comfortable and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (AAS) or equivalent.
• Valid and active Radiologic Technologist license/registration.
• ARRT certification in Mammography.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive clinical experience in a hospital setting

Shift & Schedule:

• Day shift: 5x8 or 4x10
