Responsibilities:
- Perform specialized mammography procedures and assist with stereotactic breast procedures under the supervision of a radiologist.
- Position patients and adjust equipment to ensure optimal imaging quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to strict radiation safety and QC standards.
- Provide excellent patient communication, explaining procedures to ensure a comfortable and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (AAS) or equivalent.
- Valid and active Radiologic Technologist license/registration.
- ARRT certification in Mammography.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive clinical experience in a hospital setting
Shift & Schedule:
- Day shift: 5x8 or 4x10
