FSN is hiring a dedicated Obstetric (OB) Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians and nursing staff during examinations, procedures, and Caesarean sections.
  • Prepare and organize the delivery room, including sterilizing equipment and setting up trays.
  • Monitor and record maternal and fetal vital signs as directed.
  • Assist in the transfer, transport, and positioning of patients.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment for the delivery floor.
  • Provide compassionate, emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist or OB Technician program is strongly preferred.
  • Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, specifically Labor and Delivery or Women’s Services.
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical instruments, and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environments.

Shift & Schedule:

  • Day shift: 5x8 or 4x10
