Key Responsibilities:
- Review, interpret, and process medication orders with accuracy.
- Advise medical staff on safe and rational medication usage.
- Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding and product preparation.
- Maintain strict compliance with institutional and legal pharmacy guidelines.
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of hospital or acute care pharmacy experience.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (e.g., Epic) and strong clinical judgment.
Shift & Schedule:
- Day shift: 5x8 or 4x10
