Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietitian to join our team. In this role, you'll provide expert nutritional care to patients in a hospital setting, helping to improve health outcomes through tailored dietary plans and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients to understand their needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Document dietary information accurately and maintain detailed patient records.
• Deliver nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families.
• Support clinical teams by providing expertise on nutrition support therapies.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant licensure, safety, and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and licensure.
• CNSC certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a dietitian in Inpatient/Critical Care.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and nutrition support therapies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.

Shift & Schedule:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
