Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality respiratory care, assist with diagnostic procedures, and respond swiftly to emergent cardiopulmonary situations within our facility. Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Current Respiratory Therapist license and registration
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital-based Respiratory Therapy experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and therapeutic interventions with precision and care.
• Conduct diagnostic tests on pulmonary and cardiovascular systems to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Provide life-support measures and respond effectively to emergency cardiopulmonary situations to ensure patient safety.
• Document assessments, treatments, patient responses, and procedures thoroughly in electronic medical records (EMR), following facility policies and industry standards.
• Maintain respiratory equipment, supplies, and workstations in compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in departmental Performance Improvement and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Follow all facility protocols, policies, and procedures, including security measures and patient confidentiality standards.

Shift & Schedule:

• Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
