Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration.
- Assist patients with mobility needs by transferring, repositioning, and ambulating to ensure safety and comfort.
- Support nursing and medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of patient rooms and common areas.
- Respond promptly to patient call signals and requests with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Document patient conditions, care provided, and any changes in medical records accurately.
- Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families, fostering a caring environment.

Qualifications:
- Valid State-issued Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA in a hospital setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Physical strength and stamina necessary to assist with patient transfers, lifting, and mobility.
