Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Accurately monitor and document vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• Assist patients with mobility needs by transferring, repositioning, and ambulating to ensure safety and comfort.
• Support nursing and medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of patient rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to patient call signals and requests with professionalism and attentiveness.
• Document patient conditions, care provided, and any changes in medical records accurately.
• Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families, fostering a caring environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid State-issued Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA in a hospital setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Physical strength and stamina necessary to assist with patient transfers, lifting, and mobility.
