The Site / Branch Manager holds full operational and financial responsibility for a site or branch. This leader drives revenue growth, service delivery, staff performance, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance for the location. The role combines hands-on people leadership with business development, operational oversight, and P&L accountability. Key Responsibilities
- Operations — Lead day-to-day operations of the site/branch, ensuring service delivery meets quality, compliance, and client-satisfaction standards.
- Financial — Own the branch profit-and-loss (P&L), managing revenue, gross margin, expenses, and budgets to meet financial targets.
- Growth — Develop and execute local business-development strategy: cultivate new client relationships, expand existing accounts, and represent Flagstar in the local market.
- People — Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate branch staff; set goals, conduct performance reviews, and address performance issues promptly.
- Delivery — Oversee recruiting and fulfillment operations to ensure open orders are filled accurately, quickly, and within contract requirements.
- Compliance — Ensure compliance with company policies, employment law, credentialing requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Service — Serve as the senior point of escalation for client and field-employee concerns, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
- Reporting — Monitor key performance indicators (fill rate, time-to-fill, margin, retention) and report results to senior leadership.
- Facility — Manage facility operations, vendor relationships, and the safety of the work environment in coordination with maintenance and administrative staff.
- Culture — Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture aligned with Flagstar’s mission and values.
- Sales - Promote and advertise properties for sale.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) or more years of progressive experience in operations, staffing, or service-industry management, including at least two (2) years leading a team.
- Demonstrated success managing a P&L, budget, or revenue targets.
- Proven business-development and client-relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with business software, reporting tools, and CRM/ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to handle conflict resolution, complaints, and provide a high level of customer service tailored to the community demographic.
