  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses within the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including case management, social work, and therapy—to coordinate safe discharge planning.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, medications, dietary instructions, and follow-up care, promoting understanding and reducing readmission rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospital-based medical-surgical or telemetry nursing experience.
  • Valid and current RN license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

  • Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing (CMSRN) is a plus.

Shift & Schedule:

  • Night shifts, 4 days per week (12-hour shifts)
  • Every other weekend requirement
  • Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs; flexibility for block scheduling is preferred but not guaranteed.

Key Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive weekly pay with direct deposit.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Retirement savings options and supplemental benefits.
  • Paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Reimbursement for licensure, certifications, travel, and other eligible expenses.

  • Dedicated support team committed to your success.
