Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
FSN is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become an essential part of an Acute Care team. If you possess recent acute care experience, strong clinical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments accurately and timely
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with facility protocols and state regulations
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and educational activities to promote understanding and recovery
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
- Maintain precise clinical documentation and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
- 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Qualifications:
- Current and active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication skills, critical-thinking abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospital experience preferred but not required
