Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Join Our Acute Care Team

FSN is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a vital member of our dynamic Acute Care team. If you have recent experience in acute care settings, proven clinical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, empathetic patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Monitor, assess, and accurately document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments to support effective clinical decision-making.
• Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with facility protocols and state regulations to ensure patient safety.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and provide educational support to promote understanding and recovery.
• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation, adhering to infection control, safety standards, and confidentiality policies.

Shift Options:

• 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Compensation:

• Starting at $30.38 per hour, with a weekend differential increasing pay to $32.24 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Active and current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory.
