Position Overview:
As a CT Tech with FSN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services, supporting patient care and safety. We value your expertise and are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes ongoing professional development and job satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of CT imaging procedures, including scans of the head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and extremities, following established protocols for diagnostic and interventional purposes.
  • Administer intravenous contrast media safely, screening patients for contraindications and monitoring for adverse reactions during and after procedures.
  • Optimize image quality through precise patient positioning, appropriate technique selection, and post-processing reconstruction.
  • Implement radiation safety principles to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, perform regular quality control testing, and document any issues.
  • Coordinate with radiologists for protocol adjustments and STAT reads when necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for both patients and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of CT imaging experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Current ARRT (RT) certification; ARRT CT certification is required or eligible.
  • Valid state radiologic technologist license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Proficiency in performing complex imaging procedures and understanding relevant protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Shift Details:

  • Overnight weekend position (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Flexible scheduling for additional days to suit your availability
  • Three 12-hour shifts per week, primarily between 2:30 PM and 10:30 PM
