Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the emergency department setting.
• Perform IV placements and phlebotomy with precision and efficiency.
• Monitor patient conditions and document findings accurately using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and basic treatments.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current LPN license issued by the state.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including emergency department exposure.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency in placing IVs and performing phlebotomy.
• Strong clinical skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Shift & Schedule:

• Evening, 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend
