Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to deliver exceptional critical care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive critical care to critically ill patients, including those on mechanical ventilation, experiencing multi-organ failure, sepsis, respiratory distress, or post-surgical complications.
  • Continuously monitor patient hemodynamics through invasive lines and manage vasoactive medications to stabilize patients effectively.
  • Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Assist and perform bedside procedures such as central line insertion, arterial line placement, lumbar punctures, and bronchoscopies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of critical care or ICU nursing experience.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification is preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.

Shift & Schedule:

  • Night shift: 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts
