Registered Nurse - ER Holding

Join our team as a dedicated Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER) Holding, where you will play a vital role in providing lifesaving care in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients in the ER Holding area, ensuring timely and effective care while awaiting transfer or further treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols, including ventilator management and trauma response.
• Recognize and respond to critical changes in patient conditions with swift, decisive action.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to deliver compassionate care and provide updates on patient status.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an Emergency Room or related acute care setting.
• Proven experience in emergency care environments, including ventilator management and trauma response.
• Knowledge of pediatric and adult patient care, with specialized skills in neuro, cardiac, and trauma nursing.
• Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

Shift:

• Night shift: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
