Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to hematology and oncology patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met with compassion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer chemotherapy, medications, and treatments following strict safety protocols.
• Monitor patient progress, recognize adverse reactions, and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, side effects, and post-care instructions to promote understanding and comfort.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with hospital standards and regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital experience in hematology/oncology.
• Valid and current Compact RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment with a team-focused mindset.

Shift & Schedule:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3 days per week)
