Interventional Radiologist

We are seeking a dedicated Interventional Radiologist to join our esteemed team at FSN. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist interventional radiologists in performing a diverse range of minimally invasive procedures, including biopsies, drain placements, embolizations, angioplasties, and thrombolysis.
• Operate advanced imaging guidance systems such as fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT to ensure precise procedural execution and optimal patient outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, manage contrast media, guidewires, catheters, and closure devices, adhering strictly to aseptic techniques and radiation safety protocols.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition throughout procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Document procedural details, contrast media usage, and post-procedure care instructions accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with the radiology team, nursing staff, and referring physicians to facilitate seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or vascular imaging.
• Current ARRT (R) registration; ARRT (VI) Vascular-Interventional certification is preferred.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is a plus.
• Proficient in operating fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT guidance systems.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a steadfast commitment to patient safety.

Shift & Schedule:

• Day shifts (3x12 hours): 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Day shifts (4x10 hours): 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
