Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care, coordinate clinical services, and ensure safety and well-being. This is an opportunity to positively impact lives while advancing your professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.
  • Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor residents for changes, responding promptly to ensure safety.
  • Document care accurately and timely in electronic records, maintaining compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate care.
  • Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), fostering teamwork.
  • Participate in admissions, discharges, care conferences, and emergency responses.
  • Educate residents and families about care plans, medications, and health goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, or hospitals.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
