Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations, supervise clinical staff, and uphold our commitment to outstanding resident care. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
  • Ensure all care plans are followed and residents receive personalized, attentive care.
  • Monitor resident health conditions and provide clinical guidance to staff for appropriate interventions.
  • Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident well-being, staff performance, and facility compliance.
  • Oversee medication administration, treatments, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to promote staff development and best practices.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and support staff in critical situations.
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to scheduling, staffing, and shift management to support operational needs.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid and active RN license in the state of employment.
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital settings.
  • Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound clinical decisions.
